The following three questions will be due when you return from the long weekend:
1. How does Jason's attitude towards his little brother change at the end of the story? Why does this happen?
2. Tell me about a time someone has followed you around OR you followed them. Why do you think this happened?
3. Do you think Mr. Givens is really angry with his son, or was there something else making him sad?
Each answer should be approximately 1/3 of a page long!!

Athlete Biographies are going to be in the following format:
You are to make a trading card of sorts.
On the front side, you will have a picture of your athlete, their name, and sport.
On the back, you will include some/all of:
When they were born/died
Hometown
Statistics
Achievements
Records
Teams they played for
Family Info
Interesting facts, such as hobbies and favourites
Other information you think is important
Due Dates: ELA 7A - Monday, May 3
ELA 7B - Wednesday, May 5

Romeo and Juliet Test Review
The following might find its way onto the test for Romeo and Juliet on Monday, March 29:
-Information from the fackage about Shakespeare we received at the beginning of the unit.
- Sonnet information
- Important Quotations: identify the speaker, the situation, and translate it into modern English
- Short answer, True or False, Multiple Choice with questions related to the play
- Essay Question: Themes
Themes include: the idea of love at first sight,
honesty is the best policy,
fate/destiny is unavoidable,
suicide is never the answer,
tragedy comes from the actions of those in the past
You will have the entire class to write the test. You may bring in your copies of the test, and use the information on the wall. YOU MAY NOT USE WHAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR BINDERS.
